Whether you come to fish or lobster the crystal-clear world-class waters, snorkel or dive the wrecks, relax at Sombrero Beach, cool off at a local sandbar, or dine at the freshest seafood restaurants anywhere, this comfortable home is sure to make you want to come back again and again!
This quaint Keys home features 1 bedroom (King) and 1 bathroom. It has all the amenities needed for the perfect Keys’ getaway. The living room has a large sectional leather couch and a large TV with Roku so you can stream your favorite game, news or other apps. There are also a small desk to utilize for trip planning and keeping caught up with email. The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and counter areas to easily prep and serve food to the kitchen bar area or out on the dock waterside!
Only steps from your door, the exterior living includes an ocean view, grill for your catch or favorite foods, a full patio set to relax and enjoy the perfect sunsets at the right time of year, and extra chairs to relax with your favorite cocktail and watch the ocean flow. There is a fish cleaning table, hoses for clean-up and boat and tackle wash down, a 350 pound ice maker is available with permission from owner, bait and fresh catch freezer makes this the perfect property for your next fishing trip! The 60' dock and seawall can accommodate boats up to 40' easily with proper tie off. Rental boats, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear and other items can be found on island by multiple rental services. The seawall has an easy in and out ladder for kayaks and paddle boards located at the fish cleaning table area. Open pickle ball is only a couple miles away Monday - Friday from 9 am - 11 am weekly!
This is a new unit to the rental pool and we are being very aggressive with rates. So, book today before it fills up. Grab your beer, rod and tackle, and drop a line off the seawall to catch tarpon and many other species just a few steps from your door! Our local contact will help with any needs or missing items you may want. Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience on a budget, and offer the most spectacular views along the way!
The patio sunshade is not available for guest use, however the proper boasts 6 umbrellas, 4 permanent mount and 2 rollable.
The City limits guests to 4 maximum, including children and infants, but keep in mind there are only beds for 3 people.
