Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted 30 days or more before Arrival Date and will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations are not accepted less than 30 days before Arrival Date and are not eligible for a refund of any amount unless approved by the Unit owner.

Date Change Policy:
Reservation Date Change less than 30 days before your arrival date are considered on a case-by- case basis, subject to the approval by the Unit owner, a service fee of $500 for each change, and the 30 days or more Cancellation window does not reset to the new Arrival Date.

The Cancellation and Date Change Policies are a condition of booking the reservation and are in
immediate effect upon booking the reservation.

Payment Policy:
25% Deposit – More than 180 Days from Arrival
50% Deposit – 60 to 180 Days from Arrival
100% Amount Due – Less than 60 Days from Arrival
Refundable Security Deposit Due – 30 Days from Arrival

Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature to receive Check-In Instructions containing the property access code. The completion of the Vacation Rental Agreement (see Terms & Conditions) and the Payment Policy are a condition of access and tenancy of the Unit subject to this reservation. Failure to complete the Vacation Rental Agreement does not void the Cancellation or Date Change Polices.

A refundable Security Deposit will be collected after your booking and returned after check out if no damage is done to the property.

You must be 30 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID.  If determined you are not 30 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 30 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties.
