Paradise on Primo is located on the much desired north end only steps to Times Square, beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Recently renovated, this 1800 sf, canal front, 3 bedroom vacation home with private pool sleeps 10 people.
If you enjoy having it all, privacy, yet walkable to everything the area has to offer, than this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Times Square area, you are just a few minutes’ walk to the Beach, Times Square and Old San Carlos Blvd. where you can find water sport rentals, beach shops and plenty of restaurants. Our location is great for easy on and off access to the Island and includes driveway parking.
Amenities abound at Paradise on Primo with bikes included for your use for either a quick grocery run, or a leisurely ride down the beach; Beach cart, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys for a day at the beach; The pool, with its sun tanning deck and large spa, has chaise loungers, Adirondack chairs, and pool toys for relaxation and fun; the lower lanai has a large dining table and comfy sofa and chairs where you can sit and relax; Grill on the Weber Grill; Enjoy some tiki toss or large jenga; Relax on the dock and watch the occasional boat go by or hope to catch a glimpse of a dolphin or manatee who may be playing in the canal. Take a break in the upper screened in lanai with plenty of seating options - chaise loungers, bar table with stools or a smaller dining table. So many places to relax and enjoy your stay!
The home has recently been updated including all new appliances, new furnishings; new pool; new landscaping and more!
Inside the home are 3 bedrooms, all on the upper level, 2 with king beds and 1 with a full size bunk bed. All mattresses and pillows are encased in Allerease protection covers. The home has just been updated with all new furnishings and bedding. You will find the two bathrooms stocked with plenty of linens including beach towels. There's a laundry area with detergents provided. The kitchen has everything you need for your cooking needs including a blender, slow cooker, electrical griddle to name a few. You will find flat screen TVs throughout the house. There are games and DVDs provided for quiet time. The home is equipped with WiFi and Cable.
Every attempt has been made to outfit the home with everything you may need for a carefree and enjoyable vacation!
