Pinnacle in lower Deer Valley is known for its duality of being both easily accessible to downtown Park City’s historic Main Street as well as a few blocks from the Snow Park Base Lodge at Deer Valley Resort. Both in winter and summer, Pinnacle is an ideal location for corporate retreats, multi-generational family ski trips and summer hiking and biking escapes.
The main living and kitchen areas has stunning contemporary finishes, an ambient linear fireplace, and of course comfortable furnishings for après ski entertainment and relaxation. Multiple decks and patios adorn this Pinnacle unit. The kitchen is well stocked and complete with steam oven, breakfast bar, and additional dining for holiday meals.
On multiple levels of living space, Pinnacle’s floor plan boasts giant picture windows, views galore, two family rooms and soaring ceilings in bedrooms and living spaces. A top floor King master offers an additional twin futon in the bedroom, a fireplace, and a large ensuite bathroom with shower, tub and large vanity. The neighboring King junior master offers the same level of luxury and a Twin pull out sleeper, with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The third bedroom Suite has a King bed and ensuite bathroom as well! All ensuite bathrooms have heated floors.The fourth bedroom is the bunk room, with three sets of Twin bunks, sleeping a total of 6., has an adjacent bath that is also a jack and jill into the lower level family room space.
