Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, this 3 level townhome offers vaulted ceiling living space, a comfortable kitchen and dining area, a main level Queen bedroom with adjacent full bath, 2 lower level bedrooms, King and Queen both with ensuite baths, and a top level bunk room offering two twin beds for kids of all ages, who share the main level full bath. Each bedroom suite offers fine linens, new mattresses and privacy away from the main living spaces. A full laundry facility, ski storage and a private garage are additional assets.
Lakeside is very residential and quiet, offering families a cozy après ski retreat, while still close to all the hustle and bustle around town. Hop on the door to door ski shuttle with your gear to go one block to the ski resort base lodge area, or jump on the free public transit bus to any point around town and all three of Park City’s world class ski resorts.
Summer at Deer Valley is as exciting as winter, with Lakeside being in the heart of all Deer Valley has to offer. Lakeside is adjacent to the local gourmet pasty cafe, the Deer Valley petit lake with stand up paddle board classes, summer concerts on Wednesday nights, and so much more. Walk, bike or shuttle to anywhere in the lower Deer Valley and Old Town area from here.
