The property is a modern bright and light palette, and sleeps 14 kids and adults comfortably.
The kitchen is well prepared for large groups, with brand new plentiful pots and pans, kitchenware, bakeware, dishware and child safe dinnerware. A linear contemporary fireplace adorns the family room with wide plank oak distressed floors that are fabulous. A shiplap look completes the living space, along with fashionable sectional which also functions as a pull out queen sleeper.
The upstairs level offers 3 of the bedroom suites, a King master with ensuite bath, a Queen room with adjacent bath, and a bunk room with 6 Twins, configured in a pair of vertical triple level bunks. The room with two bunk sets of three shares the adjacent bath with Queen bedroom on this upstairs level, housing adults and children comfortably throughout.
The level below main kitchen and living area offers the 4th bedroom, which is currently set up as a second recreation space, with Queen sofa sleeper in a TV and gaming area which offers a Pac Man vintage video game stand. The garage and a full bath adjacent to the 4th bedroom are also on this level.
Wasatch Springs is one of the Park City area’s newest hot spots, with Black Rock Hotel across the street, offering a bar and restaurant which is heavily praised, a pastry and coffee shop and more.
