While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.
Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.
Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
The kitchen is beautifully upgraded and fully equipped. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. Large pool deck wraps around the side and rear of the home and the shared heated swimming pool and sun deck with a nice table for dining. There is a work space and hair dryer provided for your convenience.
The heated pool is shared with the upper level and there is a grill and washer/dryer. Beach items are provided such as a cart, towels, umbrella & chairs. Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.
